WIP 2 Kaleidoscope Beach Memories

I haven't had that much time to do a lot of work on this painting because of the holidays. I love getting back to my roots of fashion illustrating even though I am a bit rusty. I need to get back to the level I once was at.  Stay tuned for more. There is a lot of colored pencil over the watercolor.

Getting back to my roots. I studied fashion illustration and I want to combine it with a kaleidoscope inspired background. We'll see what comes up. Stay tuned.

HEART OF THE FLOWER 2My latest painting. It measures 11.5x14.5. Not a kaleidoscope but I wanted to do something different. Mixed media.

THE HEART OF THE FLOWER

New painting. This is a mixed media, watercolor and Prismacolor pencil. It measures 11.5x14.5 and it is in an acid free double mat that measures a standard size 16x20. This is a nasturtium in my front yard that had an ant in it.

Kaleidoscope Gas Cans Finished.

Here is the completed painting. I saw these fantastic gas cans at a ranch in Wyoming. I loved the way they were stacked and they were so colorful and rusty. It was fun painting them. I used watercolor, crayons and Prismacolor pencils. I need a great title. Any suggestions?
